Customer Testimonials – Green Hawk Construction

On Friday, Mike at Green Hawk Construction got in touch with some requests for their website that we’d recently finished.

Firstly, he wanted any quote requests from the site to come via their Tradify Enquiry Form, rather than the email form that we’d originally created. We have a similar set up on this site if you hit any of the ’Get a Quote’ button, it actually takes you to Tradify to fill in a form there, which goes straight into our Tradify Job Management software. This was relatively easy to do – all I needed was the link from Green Hawk’s Tradify form and some tweaks to the links on the site.

The second job was a little more interesting – Green Hawk show some Customer Testimonials on their site already. However, because they want to drive more customers, both old and new to the site, they wanted a facility to allow customers to add their own testimonials and star ratings. After being approved by Green Hawk, these would then appear on the Testimonials page. So I tweaked the existing page to show dynamic content, generated from the testimonials in the database, and created a form for customers to add their own.

It was styled in to use the colours and fonts of the site so it all blended in perfectly. After a few hours work, the site has had some extra functionality to keep track of the excellent feedback that Green Hawk Construction get!
