cad design

i have over 10 years experience working on web pages; it all started back in 1997 where, as a nerdy teenager, i worked on the very first website for my school. my html knowledge has all been self-taught, and as web technology has moved forwards, i've been learning more and more! i enjoy making web sites that are accessible and look good in whatever flavour of browser you are using, whether it's firefox on your desktop or safari on your iphone.

graphic design is an area i’ve been working in for a while now - and i love it! nothing beats working from initial drafts right through to seeing the finished product; it's evolution right before your eyes. if you are looking to simply update your existing brochure or create it from scratch, i offer a service based on your needs. i like to keep it all clean, simple and straightforward; good design doesn’t have to be complicated!

i've been a user of autocad for 7 years now and i'm certified by autodesk (the people who make it). cad is a fantastic tool and has so many applications. primarily I do space planning, which involves taking an area of space, say an office, and fitting in the required amount of staff in there, so many factors have to be considered: health and safety requirements, disability access, electricity, phones, networks etc.

Doll Set Tones

doll set tones

the doll set tones are a superb essex based band who are producing some amazing original tunes.

the idea of the site is to keep in simple, but make it look a little messy and grungy, moving away from straight lines and perfectly aligned images. the site uses some ASP, an AJAX powered gallery it is days away from going live and will be evolving as the fans and band see fit. exciting times indeed!
